Such a great place to grab a coffee or a bite. Located at a great location, very close to the pier and the interior architecture is quite exquisite, the chandeliers add a flair to the aesthetic of the coffee shop. We ordered a Caramel Macchiato-which was perfect- and a Dark Chocolate Macchiato that was a bit bitter for my liking. I will definitely return when the opportunity arises to try more drinks and food items on their menu.

Best experience at this Waves in New West this morning. The girls working here seem perfect and the place has a nice calm vibe inside. Love the rooibos drinks here and was excited to see the yogurt parfait too

My favorite please to drink special teas. In my opinion, Waves coffee house has more customer satisfaction and professional service than Starbucks or Tim Hortons. If you like tea like me. You should definitely try.

Really nice place to do some studying or writing. Nice environment and good mochas. The staff are hit and miss. Sometimes wonderful and sometimes so chatty with each other I can hardly focus on my work. But overall my favourite cafe in New West.
